Taste the Life: celebrating the gastronomic fusion between Mexico and Spain

As part of the "Savor Life" campaign, supported by the European Union, which promotes olive oil consumption in Mexico as an essential part of a healthy lifestyle, we are planning a unique culinary event where young Mexican chefs, Alexis Ayala, Andrés Cárdenas, Fernando Martínez and Xchel González, surprised diners by combining the richness of local cuisine with the character and versatility of European olive oil.

The four-course menu, which included everything from a welcome cocktail to dessert, presented olive oil as the thread of an experience where cultures and flavors fused in an exceptional way. Each dish highlighted the creativity and sophistication that this ingredient can bring to Mexican cuisine.

The dinner, set with live music, brought together key figures from the press, the HORECA sector, and opinion leaders in the gastronomic and lifestyle field, consolidating "Taste Life" as a celebration of culinary innovation and promotion of a healthy lifestyle in Mexico.
